Yoga for strength and balance
Saturdays 8am beginning 2/13
Class will begin with gentle flowing movements easing into more difficult yoga postures as the body allows. Keep in mind, there is a modification for every pose therefore flexibility is NOT required. There will be a huge focus on linking breath with movement as well as holding certain postures for 3-5 breaths. Class will include breath work, sun salutations, balancing postures, inversions, and a little meditation. Come to class ready to sweat and amaze yourself at what your body can do.
