Women On Weights (wow)
A ten (10) week small group class for women who love to weight train. Each week will will explore different aspects of weight training, compare notes of our weekly workouts and encourage each other. Come to this class to train hard, meet other women who love to lift and add new exercised to your training repertoire.
Training group will meet at Stay Gold Fitness & Athletics.
Saturdays at 10 am, beginning August 5th.
For women who know or want to learn their way around the weight room, to be in an inclusive an supportive environment to learn and grow stronger.
Training is for lifting enthusiast of all levels of physical fitness who are in good health. Sessions are lead by Christine Bettera or Jenni Hendicks. Minimum of four (4) sign ups are required, so sign up today and encourage your friends! Gym member price is $19, Non-members pay $49.
