Women's Intro to weight training
A Free introduction to weight training for the ladies! By appointment only, group can be as few as two (2) or as many as eight (8).
Training group will meet at Stay Gold Fitness & Athletics.

For women who want to learn their way around the weight room. In this session, approximately one and a half hours long our trainers will teach you lifting basics, where to starts and how to progress.
Training is for fitness enthusiast of all levels of physical fitness who are in good health. Sessions are lead by Christine Bettera or Jenni Hendicks. Minimum of two (2) participants are required.
