2018 Winter sports conditioning
On going winter sport specific training.
Training group will meet at Stay Gold Fitness & Athletics, but training may happen in or out of doors.
Training begins October 15. Classes are held Monday and Wednesday at 6pm.
To prepare for any and all winter sports activities. Build strength and endurance to plow through the powder or shred the park and help prevent injury and increase over all fitness, so you can spend more time doing what you love to do in the winter. Don't spend half the season trying to get back on your game, this program can help you be stronger and better out of the gate.
Winter Sports Conditioning is for winter sports enthusiast of all levels of physical fitness who are in good health. Classes are lead by Christine Bettera, Mitch Brown or Jenni Hendicks. Minimum of four participants are required to kick off each session, so encourage your friends to sign up too!
