fall 2015 weekend Warriors fit camps
One or Two days of creative and fun Boot Camp style small group fitness classes. Participants can expect to build cardio, strength, flexibility and more through two hour long workouts that blend of training modalities, including high intensity interval training, circuits, weights, plyometrics, stretching and more. Weekend Warriors are great for the vacationing fitness enthusiast or the time strapped local who wants to jumps start their fitness routine.
Training group will meet at Stay Gold Fitness & Athletics, but training may happen in or out of doors.
Training dates are 8/15&16, 22&23, 29&30, 9/5&6, 12&13, 29&30 . Classes are held Saturday and Sunday at 9am to 10am.
To breakthrough diet and workout plateaus and jump start your way to that summer beach body. To do something active besides drink Mimosas and sit at the beach all weekend (you can do that too!). To get outside with friends, and get moving. Weekend Warrior classes are the BEST way to start your day, and add some adventure to your vacation or weekend.
Bootcamp is for fitness enthusiast of all levels of physical fitness who are in good health. Classes are lead by group fitness instructor Jenni . Minimum of four participants are required to kick off each session, so encourage your friends to sign up too!
Sign up today here. Space is limited. Weekend Warrior fee is $69 for all 6 weekends for non-gym members, $29 for gym members. Once you sign up you will receive an invoice via email within 24 hours, once paid your spot will be reserved.
