An ongoing core focused workout that meets twice (2) weekly for 30 minutes at 12:30pm to 1pm, for the individual who is always on the go! For those with a get in, get it done, and get out attitude, Lunch Crunch is a high intensity core focused blend of strength, power, cardio, agility, flexibility and more packing into a small time slot and set to an upbeat sound track.
Training group will meet at Stay Gold Fitness & Athletics, but training may happen in or out of doors.
Training begins May 16th.
Not a morning person? Not a night person? Got a half-hour to spare in the middle of the day? Who doesn't? Instead of stuffing your face for lunch, spend 30 minutes earning those calories.
Lunch Crunch is for fitness enthusiasts of all levels of physical fitness who are in good health. Classes are lead by Christine Bettera or Jenni Hendicks. Drop ins and class packs available, FREE for gym members!
